Objective
The primary objective of the Governing Body is to ensure that the institution achieves excellence in teaching, learning, research, innovation, governance, and community engagement while maintaining transparency, accountability, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Powers of the Governing Body
The Governing Body shall have the authority to:
- Approve major academic, administrative, and financial decisions.
- Create and abolish positions as per institutional requirements.
- Approve annual budgets and audited financial statements.
- Sanction infrastructure development projects.
- Approve institutional policies and strategic initiatives.
- Review and monitor the performance of the institution and issue directions for continuous improvement.
