MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS

The Department of MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS was established in the year 2007 with an intake of 60. The Department is rated as one of top 10 departments in the JNTU ANANTAPUR and is attracting top rankers in ICET.

The department uses sophisticated equipments such as LCD for effective teaching, CC Cameras to provide better education with more surveillance. The department has well qualified and experienced faculty members. The staff members are encouraged to participate in workshops, conferences, and symposiums to keep in track with current innovative technologies and developments.

The Dept. of MCA wing is equipped with 9 advanced labs for departmental, Computer centre with internet facility & departmental Digital library, Departmental seminar hall, tutorial rooms and classrooms with modern teaching aids and staff rooms.

Our students are consistently securing top percentages in every semester and are becoming inspiration to other student community and bringing value to quality education to the affiliated colleges.

About HOD

The department is headed by Mr.K.Anjineyulu . Mr. K.Anjaneyulu he has completed his PG from one of the top most colleges of India, Sri Venkateswara University(SVU), he is compleated M.Tech(CSE) in JNTU Anantapur, he is having enough teaching experience for more than 7 years. .

Achievements

• 2008 batch student Miss. S.Ashifa has secured University 14th rank in I-year examinations held in June 2009.

• MCA department got 5th place in JNTU ANANTAPUR in the year 2009-2010.
